Returns  

Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from receiving your order then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  

 
 

TO ISSUE A REFUND   

* Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  

* We require a receipt or proof of purchase or no refund can be issued.  

 
 

Refunds (if applicable)  

Once we receive your returned it and inspect it, we will send you an email letting you know we have received your returned item and if the refund is approved or not.  

If refund is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. ** note this may take several days.** 

 
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  
If your refund is missing or late make sure you check with your credit card issuer and or bank to resolve any issues. NOTE: it usually takes some time before refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

 

If you are shipping an item that costs over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders within the U.S.A are shipped within 1-3 buisness days unless speacial instructions are asked for we use USPS First Class Shipping in thick padded envelopes.
